As an expert seawater desalination systems manufacturer, our seawater desalination can be supplied in a number of configurations including skid-mounted or housed in containers, mobile installations or outdoor installations in areas exposed to high temperatures or as emergency facilities in environments affected by natural disasters.

The seawater containerised reverse osmosis desalination unit includes filtration, membranes, pumping equipment, electric controls, chemical feed and control components. This fully automatic plant produces drinking water with a salt content of less than 500 ppm and capacity up to 5000 m3/day from seawater having a salinity of up to 55000 ppm.
Energy consumption being a major concern, our reverse osmosis plants are equipped with modern energy recovery systems.

The container used in our desalination system can also be used as a shipping container, eliminating the need for any special rentals of sea containers or wood crating to transport the unit to its destination. The containers are designed for mobile or permanent installations in indoor or outdoor locations.
Durable materials are used to suit the environment, for example,

stainless steel is used for seawater pipes that are subject to high pressure
and PVC for those under low pressure.

As a result routine maintenance is reduced to the minimum. The entire operation is made easy for the end user and is limited to connecting the seawater feeding header, outlet header for the product water and brine outlet.

The CPI (Clean In Place) system is an essential part of our reverse osmosis plant that ensures a periodical cleaning of the membrane while the UV sterilizer, manufactured in Polypropylene or Duplex SS, ensures complete disinfection.
